Description of the Conversion Detective Ltd Service
What our service is:-
We are a digital marketing company specialising in digital growth including Conversion Rate Optimisation. We have developed a methodology for making the most profit from digital marketing. This method is fluid and is tailored to each client. You can find our charges on our Fees page. Our proposal document will outline what is involved.
Our Payment Terms
We usually ask for a three-part payment on custom and project packages. This means we require a payment before we start work in earnest. We’ll do some research and lay the groundwork and we’ll make sure you are happy to proceed. The second payment is made for an agreed amount of work, a report for example. The final payment is made on agreed completion. We require invoices to be paid within 15 working days (other terms can be made for long-term work). Payment details are supplied when our proposal for work is accepted.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All information from Conversion Detectives Ltd clients will be treated with complete confidentiality and Intellectual Property respected.
Agreed Fees
Any work outside this Description of Service and the fee to be agreed separately.
Website Responsibilities
Conversion Detectives Ltd will not endanger the security of the client’s Website in any form. Nor will Conversion Detectives Ltd be responsible for virus protection.
Conversion Detectives Ltd agrees to maintain any secure information such as passwords in the strictest confidence and business sensitive data.
All software deployed on the client’s site is recommended only. The standard terms and guarantees of any software deployed are at the client’s risk.
Levels of Service
Contact with Conversion Detectives Ltd is available between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 (excluding Bank holidays and personal holiday time) from Monday to Friday.
Work as Seen
Conversion Detectives Ltd will endeavour to give the best possible result for your investment. We cannot guarantee a specific amount of conversion rate by using our methodology. All Websites differ and what may work for one may not for another. Other factors may play a part in increasing conversion that is outside of the Conversion Detectives Ltd remit. Conversion may increase but for it to be maintained a client must apply consistent good practice and allocate the correct resources.
Client Data
All data accessed by Conversion Detectives Ltd will be treated in confidence and will not be copied.
Privacy Policy
Conversion Detectives Ltd does not retain any data about your business except for that which is needed to provide the agreed service and to facilitate billing.
