Description of the Conversion Detective Service
What our service is:-
We our a digital marketing company specialising in Conversion Rate Optimisation. We have developed a methodology for making the most from Websites. This method is fluid and is tailored to each client. You can find an outline of each package on our pricing page. Our proposal document will outline what is involved.
What our service doesn’t do:-
We cannot guarantee a certain Return on your Investment with our service. Websites differ enormously. We can quote improvements for other sites but because there are so many variables it is not possible to state a specific amount of improvement for your site. We believe that you will receive a return by working consistently to improve your visitors and customers the best possible service.
Our Payment Terms
We usually ask for a three part payment on custom and project packages. This means we require a payment before we start work in earnest. We’ll do some research and lay the groundwork and we’ll make sure you are happy to proceed. The second payment is made for an agreed amount of work, a report for example. The final payment is made on agreed completion. We require invoices to be paid within 15 working days (other terms can be made for long term work). Payment details are supplied when our proposal for work is accepted.
